Biography

Yanan Sun (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2017, where he is currently a Professor with the College of Computer Science.,His current research interests include evolutionary computation, neural networks, and their applications on neural architecture search. He designed the indicator of “GPU Day,” which has been widely used among the community of neural architecture search. He was ranked as “World's Top 2% Scientists 2021” collectively released by Stanford University and Springer.,Dr. Sun serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation.
